Stopped working after 3 weeks

The slightest pressure on either pedal throws it to full travel instantly, the airplane crashes on the runway.
Money wasted.
Tech support sent one response, I did the steps they outlined, no help. They haven't answered any more emails describing the problem.
I'm done. Eating $367 from Sportys pilot shop, ordering a different companies set.
Finished with honeycomb, any flight control upgrades will be from a different company.

Works well

These rudder pedals work well and are much more sensitive than the Logitech pedals I had. I like the pedal angle adjustability, although it isn't explained well how to get them off and back on.

These pedals complete the set for me as I already had Alpha and Bravo. They also are well made and perform well in MSFS 2020, although programming bindings is a struggle, but that's the games fault, not Honeycomb's.

What I don't like is the lack of mounting provisions on all these Honeycomb products. These are made for desks/tables and floors. If you have a chassis, like I do, and want to mount them with bolts and nuts, you will have to figure it out on your own. There are no mounting provisions on the bottoms of the the Alpha or Bravo and just four screw holes in the Charlie's deck that are too small for a bolt to fit through.

I don't recommend these for anyone who want's to mount them on a chassis.

Honeycomb Alpha-Charlie

Quality and feel is very good. I am using X-Plane 12 and when I used them without installing the driver all the functions worked except the lights on the Bravo. I then installed the driver for X plane at the Honeycomb site and that fixed the issue with the lights not working on the Bravo, but then some of the switched did not work on the Alpha and the Program for calibrating and assigning functions is not good, no user intuition on how to use it and no directions. There is no clear answer anywhere on how to program the switches now. Still a solid product and I would recommend it.

The Charlie Pedals are everything I expected. We'll built. Fun to use. Adds great pleasure to sim flying

Solid

Pedals are good but have trouble sticking to a surface like a rug or floor. Even with the spikes the pedals still slide around. Otherwise good quality and would suggest to most flight simmers.
